It will take 1-3 business days to process your order, regardless of the shipping option selected at checkout. We ship Monday through Friday, excluding weekends and holidays. We cannot guarantee Saturday delivery, even if your shipping is upgraded to express. We do sometimes ship orders the same day but is not guaranteed. Please allow up to 3 business days for orders to process (for example, if you order on Tuesday, your order should ship out on Thursday or Friday). You will receive a confirmation e-mail through Etsy with the tracking link once your order ships. Shipping fees are paid to the postal service are non-refundable.

Kindly note that if inaccurate or incomplete addresses are provided, or if there are unverified details with your order, it may delay processing times. We encourage all customers to thoroughly review their shipping and billing information prior to checking out to ensure any possible delays are avoided. If the package is returned due to an inaccurate shipping address, you will be responsible to pay shipping fees again to send the item again to the correct address.

Your package will most likely not require a signature. Most packages are delivered to the mailbox or front door of the address provided, however, it is up to the delivery courier to decide if the package is safe being left in the open. If they deem it unsafe, they will hold the package at a local post office or re-schedule another delivery. Our best recommendation is to input a shipping address where you know your or someone else will be available to accept the package

International Packages
All international packages will be shipped via DHL.
Delivery time varies by location but takes 2-8 days shipping time.

Once a package leaves our hands we no longer have control of the item. These dates are based off of USPS shipping times and we are not responsible for USPS in any way. First class and priority mail are not guaranteed in the times stated above. The times shown are USPS Estimates and usually arrive in that time frame but we do not offer returns or exchanges if the post office does not get the package to you in their first class or priority mail expected ship time. If receiving the package is important please use priority express.
